A Senior Peer-to-Peer Mentoring Programme

Our senior students are lifting one another through a student-led mentoring programme. Led by the Sixth Form Senior Academic Leadership Team (SALT), with support from teachers, mentors from Years 9 and 12 meet younger students twice a week, offering support across English, Mathematics, Science and Humanities.

It is pastoral care in action, where good manners, kindness and wisdom shape a community in which every student can thrive in a friendly and supportive environment.
