New applicants


In addition to the termly tuition fees and incidental fees, the school applies the following initial charges during the application process. These fees and the first term tuition fees must be paid prior to a new applicant starting his/her first term.

APPLICATION FEE 5,000 baht (non-refundable/non-transferable)
REGISTRATION FEE 225,000 baht (non-refundable/non-transferable)
WAITLIST FEE

The registration fee will act as the waitlist fee. This is for any student who has passed the admissions assessment and is placed on the school’s waitlist. When a place becomes available, this waitlist fee is transferred and will act as the registration fee.

If a place is not available within 12 months of being placed on the waitlist, the waitlist fee will be refunded in full, or parents can request to remain on the waitlist and the waitlist fee will be refunded at a later date if a place is not available.
SECURITY DEPOSIT 200,000 baht (refundable upon graduation and withdrawal)

The conditions for refund are as follows:
  • upon the student’s graduation (completion of Year 13) from the school
  • when the written notice is received at least one full term’s notice before the child leaves. In cases of withdrawal at the end of term one, written notice is required at the beginning of term three. (A written notice form is available at the admissions office)
  • when the school requires the applicant’s departure for reasons other than disciplinary.

Included in the tuition fees: lunch, morning and afternoon snacks, EAL, co-curricular activities, clubs and societies, special education needs (within school policy), books, equipment.

Not included in the tuition fees: school uniform, sports kit, personal equipment or IT devices, individual music tuition, external examinations, compulsory residential trips, school day trips, school bus transportation, certain ECAs, additional special education needs support (outside the basic support provided by the school), school photographs.

Late and overdue payments

Late payment charges of 1.5% per month or part thereof will be applied to payments made after the invoice due date.
