One of the major roles of the Board of Governors is to steer the school towards achieving its goals. King’s College International School Bangkok is fortunate to have outstanding governors who have extensive experience and are from diverse backgrounds as top executives from the private to public sector, from business to education, from for-profit enterprises to social enterprises, and from local to international organisations including King's College School, Wimbledon.
Professor Emeritus Khunying Suchada Kiranandana

Professor Emeritus Khunying Suchada Kiranandana
Chairwoman of the Board of Governors, King’s College International School, Bangkok
Professor Emeritus Khunying Suchada has had a long career in both the public and private sectors in leading management roles, as well as in academia. She is currently the Chair of the Operations Committee at Phufa Shop of the Children and Youth in Remote Areas Development Fund, Chair of the HR committee at the Thai Red Cross Society, and Chair of the Audit Committee at Chitralada Technological Institute. She served as the first female President of Chulalongkorn University (2004-2008), the Chair of Chulalongkorn University Council (2012-2018) and a member of TOEFL Policy Council (1997-2000). She graduated from Chulalongkorn University, before completing an A.M. and Ph.D. in Statistics at Harvard University.
Dr Siritaj Rojanapruk

Dr Siritaj Rojanapruk
Vice Chairman of the Board of Governors
Dr Siritaj has been a pioneer in several industries in Thailand and overseas for decades with experience across many industries, including telecoms, media, energy, finance and banking, and hospitality. He has been the Chief Executive Officer of the first fiber optic cable network system provider in Thailand. He also founded the Ritz Carlton and JW Marriott hotels in Beijing and 360MW power plants in Thailand.
Dr Siritaj’s contribution to society has been widely recognised. He established Rakthai vocational schools, a network of 14 schools that provides skills training to those who live in the rural areas of north-east Thailand. He was later offered the prestigious position of Vice Chairman of King Mongkuit’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). In addition, he was appointed by Somdet Phra Yannavajirodom (Luangphor Viriyang Sirintharo) to serve as the Secretary of the Willpower Institute, a global meditation practice centre which has a presence in Thailand, America, Canada and elsewhere. He was also appointed the Chairman of the Organising Committee for the World's Visakha Bucha Lent, one of the largest Buddhist events in Thailand. Due to his outstanding contributions, Dr Siritaj was conferred honorary doctorate degrees from 3 universities from 2005 to 2016.
Mrs Penny Hughes CBE

Mrs Penny Hughes CBE
Former Chair of King’s College School, Wimbledon
Mrs Hughes is the former Chair of King’s Wimbledon’s Board of Governors. Penny also has extensive business experience, having served as the President of Coca-Cola in Great Britain and Ireland, Chair of Aston Martin, a Strategic Adviser to Tony Blair, the former Prime Minister of Great Britain, and President of the UK Advertising Association. She earned a first-class honours degree in Chemistry from Sheffield University.
Mr Chris Hale

Mr Chris Hale
Chair of King’s College School Wimbledon International School
Mr Hale attended King’s Wimbledon as a student and then Cambridge University to study History and then Law. He joined Travers Smith LLP and was made a partner in 1987. Chris was Senior Partner between 2013 and 2019, Head of Corporate from 2003 to 2013 and Chris is now the firm’s Chair Emeritus and a senior consultant in the Private Equity & Financial Sponsors Group. He also undertakes a range of other activities including lecturing to graduate classes at four universities, acting as trustee of three charities and having advisory roles at a number of businesses. Chris was appointed as a governor of the Corporation in December 2017 and joined the KCSWI board in November 2018. He was elected chair of KCSWI in June 2022.
Professor Sakorn Suksriwong DBA

Professor Sakorn Suksriwong DBA
Professor Sakorn is the Chair of the Executive Committee at King’s College International School Bangkok. In addition, he is a Professor of Business Administration at Chulalongkorn Business School and is a board member of the Intellectual Property of Chulalongkorn University. He also founded and serves as the Honorary Chairman of the Board of Chulalongkorn Alumni Mentorship Program (ChAMP). Throughout his career, Professor Sakorn has served as a top executive, chairman and board member in several industries, namely telecommunications, hospitality, power and financial services. He also has extensive experience in public organizations and social enterprises. He sat on the Board of Investment (BOI) of Thailand and was the President of Chanapatana International Design Institute, and Phufa Shop - the Occupational Development Project under the initiation of H.R.H. Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn. He earned his BBA from Chulalongkorn University, before completing an MBA at George Washington University and a DBA at University of South Australia.
Mr Thanapol Sirithanachai

Mr Thanapol Sirithanachai
As the Country CEO of Frasers Property Thailand, Khun Thanapol (Woody) plays an integral role in leading and developing its growth path, driving its investment strategies, and overseeing the Group's residential, commercial, retail, hospitality, industrial and logistics businesses in Thailand. Before joining Frasers Property, he was the President of Golden Land Property Development (Goldenland), which became one of the top five real estate corporations in Thailand under his leadership. Khun Woody is also active in many social activities and charities, including undertaking the role of Chairman of the IMET Mentorship Academy for Excellent Leaders, a project under the Institute for Management Education for Thailand Foundation. In addition, he serves as the Senior Executive Vice President of the Chanapatana International Design Institute.
Khun Thanapol graduated with a Bachelor's of Engineering degree from Chulalongkorn University and earned an MBA from the University of Texas at Austin. He also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard University.
Mr Niruj Maneepun

Mr Niruj Maneepun
Khun Niruj recently completed his duties and ensured a smooth transition for the Governor of the State Railway of Thailand. An expert in legal and compliance matters, he previously served as the Senior Executive Vice President of the Compliance and Legal Management Group at Krung Thai Bank, and as Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Compliance at Thai Airways International. Prior to that, he served as the Provincial Public Prosecutor at the Office of the Attorney General and as a Departmental Public Prosecutor in the Department of Criminal Litigation. He completed a Master of Comparative Jurisprudence (M.C.J.) at Howard University in Washington D.C. and then achieved a Master of Laws (LL.M.) at Temple University in Philadelphia.
Mr Vichai Kulsomphob

Mr Vichai Kulsomphob
Khun Vichai leads the holding company of Saha Group, one of the largest consumer product conglomerates in Thailand. He serves as a Chairman, Executive Chairman, President and Executive Director of more than 70 companies under Saha Group, whose market capitalisation stands at approximately 200 billion baht. Khun Vichai has direct experience in finance and investment, real estate development, energy, joint ventures with global business partners and many other important industries. He graduated with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University and a Master of Science in Marketing from Thammasat University in Thailand, with further Master’s degrees in Advanced Business Practices from Australia and Norway.

Mrs Thitiporn Rattanapian
Khun Thitiporn is the Vice Chair of the Executive Committee. She brings with her a wealth of experience in the hospitality and energy sectors. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University, she then went on to receive her Master’s in International Business at the University of Sydney and is currently working towards her Ph.D. in Business Administration. She has held management positions at the Ritz-Carlton Shanghai, Prida Pramote Co., PPTC Co. and SSUT Co. Ltd, and Chanapatana International Design Institute.
Dr Pitt Rattanapian

Dr Pitt Rattanapian
Dr Pitt, a distinguished member of the founding team and currently serving as the Director of the School, possesses a PhD in Education and has dedicated his entire career to the academic sector. Alongside his professional endeavours, he takes immense pride in being a parent to three children, with one currently enrolled in the school and the other two eagerly awaiting admission next year. Dr Pitt's personal passion drives his unwavering commitment to prioritising the school's excellence in the areas of health, safety, and safeguarding, ensuring an exceptional environment for both his own children and all students.
Mr Vittawat (Ben) Panpanich

Mr Vittawat (Ben) Panpanich
Khun Ben is the Executive Vice President. He has extensive experience in formulating strategies and providing solutions for top management at listed companies in SET50 and multinational corporations to cope with business challenges in several industries, namely education, telecommunications, e-commerce, energy and transportation. He has also held leadership posts in multicultural settings such as serving as the Country Head at a Japanese management consulting firm and the Director at a leading boutique consulting and investment banking house in Thailand. He has also served non-profit organisations such as Chanapatana International Design Institute and Phufa Shop of the Children and Youth in Remote Areas Development Fund on a pro-bono basis. He has been invited to speak and teach courses at several institutes including Chulalongkorn University, Thammasat University, Assumption University, EGAT and TOT. After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University, Khun Ben achieved his MBA from University of Cambridge.
Mrs Sarah Raffray

MRS SARAH RAFFRAY
Mrs Raffray, or Kru Sarah is the Executive Principal at King's College International School Bangkok, with over 30 years of experience in education. She graduated from the University of Manchester with a BA in Latin and English (Hons), and also holds a PGCE and an MA in literature from the University of Salford. Prior to joining King's, she served as Headteacher of St Augustine’s Priory in Ealing for eleven years and held various leadership positions, including Chair of the Society of Heads. She is highly respected in the educational community and has worked as an inspector for the Independent Schools Inspectorate (ISI). Additionally, she has a strong media presence, reflecting on digital responsibility and corporate accountability.
Mr William Forse

MR WILLIAM FORSE
Mr Forse, or Kru Will is the headmaster of King’s College International School Bangkok. With a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, a PGCE, and a master's degree in educational leadership, Mr Forse joins us from King's College School, Wimbledon. There he served on the senior leadership team and was in charge of the admissions and marketing departments, where he ensured that King’s Wimbledon remains consistently one of the best rated schools in the UK, while also teaching Mathematics and coaching rugby and football teams. He is a firm advocate for a well-rounded education that emphasises academic excellence, alongside extra-curriculars, with high expectations for all students.
