Our young swimmers were truly inspired as they trained with Adam Peaty OBE – 3x Olympic Champion and 14x World Record Holder – at the AP Race Breaststrokes Masterclass during his Southeast Asia Tour. Together with his outstanding team, including Ed Baxter, Rob Norman and Dr Tom Bates, they gained invaluable insights into elite swimming techniques, speed development, and the psychology of performance.

From refining breaststroke at the Swim Station to strengthening both mind and body, our swimmers discovered what it takes to push beyond limits. The day concluded with Adam’s remarkable journey to Olympic glory, an engaging Q&A, and memorable meet & greet moments – with some even holding his Olympic gold medals.

An extraordinary and inspiring experience that will stay with our swimmers for a lifetime.

นักว่ายน้ำเยาวชนของคิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ ได้รับแรงบันดาลใจอย่างเต็มเปี่ยมจากการฝึกซ้อมกับ อดัม พีทตี้ OBE แชมป์โอลิมปิก 3 สมัย และเจ้าของสถิติโลก 14 รายการ ในกิจกรรม “AP Race Breaststroke Masterclass” ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการทัวร์เอเชียตะวันออกเฉียงใต้ของเขา

อดัม พร้อมด้วยทีมงานคุณภาพ ได้แก่ เอ็ด แบ็กซ์เตอร์, ร็อบ นอร์แมน และ ดร.ทอม เบตส์ มามอบความรู้ให้แก่เด็ก ๆ  ตั้งแต่เทคนิคการว่ายน้ำ การพัฒนาความเร็ว ไปจนถึงหลักจิตวิทยาเพื่อสร้างสถิติที่ดี

เหล่านักว่ายน้ำได้เรียนรู้ตั้งแต่การปรับปรุงท่าว่ายกบใน Swim Station ไปจนถึงการเสริมสร้างทั้งร่างกายและจิตใจ เพื่อค้นพบหนทางก้าวข้ามขีดจำกัดของตนเอง ปิดท้ายกิจกรรมด้วยการแบ่งปันเรื่องราวเส้นทางสู่ความสำเร็จในโอลิมปิกของ อดัม พีทตี้ พร้อมช่วงถาม–ตอบ และการพูดคุยอย่างใกล้ชิด โดยบางคนยังได้มีโอกาสสัมผัสเหรียญทองโอลิมปิกของเขาอีกด้วย
