Ministry of Education Thailand Visits King's Wimbledon

Recently, King's College School Wimbledon, welcomed Mr Phichet Phophakdee, Deputy Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Education in Thailand. Mr Phichet said that he chose to visit our sister school during his trip to the UK because King's Wimbledon is a world-renowned institution with a long history of excellence. He also said that it was the only school he selected to visit. He expressed admiration for the school’s systematic planning and development, which aims to nurture well-rounded individuals with wisdom, skills, and good manners. He also admired the beautiful architecture and modern facilities. During his visit, Mr Phichet met with the school's staff and students, who left a great impression on him.

The event was hosted by Mr Karl Gross, Director of International Schools at King’s Wimbledon. Mr Vittawat Panpanich, Executive Vice President at King’s Bangkok, also joined the King’s Wimbledon team in welcoming the honorary guests from the Ministry of Education.

เมื่อเร็วๆ นี้ โรงเรียนคิงส์คอลเลจวิมเบิลดัน ได้ต้อนรับคุณพิเชฐ โพธิ์ภักดี รองปลัดกระทรวงศึกษาธิการ (ประเทศไทย) โดยคุณพิเชฐได้กล่าวว่า คิงส์คอลเลจวิมเบิลดันเป็นโรงเรียนที่มีชื่อเสียงระดับโลก มีประวัติความเป็นมาอันยาวนาน และผลิตนักเรียนที่มีคุณภาพมาอย่างต่อเนื่อง จึงเลือกมาดูงานในการมาเยือนประเทศอังกฤษในครั้งนี้ ทั้งนี้คุณพิเชฐยังได้แสดงความชื่นชมในการวางแผนและพัฒนาการศึกษาของโรงเรียนที่เป็นระบบ มีเป้าหมายในการพัฒนานักเรียนในทุกมิติทั้งด้านความรู้ ทักษะและเจตคติที่ดีงาม โรงเรียนมีสถานที่สวยงาม เอื้อต่อการเรียนรู้ของนักเรียน มีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกระดับโลกและรู้สึกประทับใจต่อเจ้าหน้าที่และนักเรียนที่ได้พบระหว่างการเยี่ยมชมอีกด้วย

นอกจากนี้ มร. คาร์ล กรอส Director of International Schools ของคิงส์คอลเลจวิมเบิลดัน พร้อมกับคุณวิทวัส พันธ์พานิช ผู้บริหารของโรงเรียนนานาชาติคิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ ซึ่งได้มาร่วมให้การต้อนรับแขกกิตติมศักดิ์จากกระทรวงศึกษาธิการพร้อมกับทีมครูและผู้บริหารของคิงส์คอลเลจวิมเบิลดันอีกด้วย
