King’s Bangkok welcomed His Excellency Mr Lindsay Kiptiness, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to the Kingdom of Thailand to a school visit

King's Bangkok honourably welcomed His Excellency Mr Lindsay Kiptiness, Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya to the Kingdom of Thailand. He was welcomed by our Executive Principal, Mrs Sarah Raffray, alongside the Senior Leadership Team. Upon his arrival, he was greeted by a heartwarming rendition of 'Hakuna Matata' by our students, creating a wonderful first impression.

His Excellency engaged in friendly conversation with our students during the school tour led by Mr Liam Kane, our Assistant Head. Following this, he gave a presentation to our Years 5-10 students, enlightening them about the wonders of Africa. His insights offered valuable perspectives, broadening our students' horizons and inspiring them to gain a better understanding of Africa.

To mark his visit, His Excellency ended the day with a planting ceremony. This symbolic act serves as a reminder to our students of the importance of nurturing relationships and working together towards a common goal.

We would like to extend sincere gratitude to His Excellency for taking the time to visit and engage with our students. His return is anticipated to witness the flourishing of the trees planted during his visit.

เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้ คิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพได้ต้อนรับคุณคิปทิเนสส์ ลินด์ซีย์ คิมโวเล เอกอัครราชทูตสาธารณรัฐเคนยาประจำประเทศไทย นำโดยมิสซิสซาร่า ราฟเฟรย์ ครูผู้อำนวยการใหญ่ของเราและทีมครูผู้บริหาร พร้อมกันนี้นักเรียนของเราได้ร้องเพลง 'Hakuna Matata' เพื่อเป็นการต้อนรับท่านทูตอย่างอบอุ่นอีกด้วย

ทั้งนี้ ท่านทูตยังได้เยี่ยมชมโรงเรียน ซึ่งนำโดยครูเลียม เคน ผู้ช่วยครูใหญ่ และตัวแทนนักเรียนของเรา พร้อมกับได้แบ่งปันมุมมองอันน่ามหัศจรรย์เกี่ยวกับทวีปแอฟริกาแก่นักเรียนระดับชั้น Year 5-10 อีกด้วย

นอกจากนี้ ท่านทูตยังได้ให้เกียรติร่วมปลูกต้นไม้ เพื่อเป็นสัญลักษณ์ของความสัมพันธ์และการมาเยี่ยมเยียนในครั้งนี้
