Within their Music and Art lessons, our Year 5 and 6 students explored the Impressionist movement both visually and musically. To extend and deepen understanding, both year groups visited the “Monet & Friends Alive Bangkok” at ICONSIAM, showcasing over 3,500 masterpieces by selected Impressionist artists accompanied by Impressionist music and scores.

Inspired by this, our students created their own art and music, drawing from the distinctive painting style and rhythmic patterns they've learned.

ในชั้นเรียนวิชาดนตรีและศิลปะที่คิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ นักเรียนระดับชั้น Year 5 และ 6 ได้มีโอกาสเรียนรู้และสำรวจไปในยุคของดนตรีและศิลปะแนวอิมเพรสชันนิสม์ กับนิทรรศการ Monet & Friends Alive Bangkok ณ ไอคอนสยาม ซึ่งจัดแสดงผลงานศิลปะกว่า 3,500 ชิ้น นำโดยผลงานของโคลด โมเนต์ ศิลปินที่มีชื่อเสียงโดดเด่นในยุคนั้น และระหว่างชมผลงานศิลปะอันสวยงาม เด็ก ๆ ยังได้ฟังและเรียนรู้เกี่ยวกับดนตรีจากยุคอิมเพรสชันนิสม์อีกด้วย

จากแรงบันดาลใจของดนตรีและศิลปะอันโดดเด่นนี้ เมื่อกลับมาในชั้นเรียนเด็ก ๆ ได้ถ่ายทอดความประทับใจของพวกเขา สร้างสรรค์ออกมาเป็นผลงานในชั้นศิลปะในแบบฉบับของพวกเขาเอง
