Mr Andrew Halls: Honorary Principal In-action

Last week, we had the opportunity to follow Mr Andrew Halls OBE, Honorary Principal of King's Bangkok and former Head Master of King’s Wimbledon (2008–2021), as he embarked on various missions within our school. These included discussions with Year 12 students about their potential and university applications; conversations with the Executive Principal and Senior Leadership Team about our collective goals to make this school one of the best in Asia; and updates on the progress of The College, a comprehensive complex education centre currently under construction and set to be completed in August 2024. Mr Halls conducted thorough inspections of every part of this building to ensure that the construction aligns with the school's vision.

A great heart takes you further. These are not just words but a commitment which Mr Halls and the school's founders have shared from the beginning. Thus, Mr Halls' presence, engaging with various stakeholders within the school and overseeing its development, is a familiar and welcome sight to the King's Bangkok community.

เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา เราได้มีโอกาสติดตาม มร. แอนดรูว์ ฮอลส์ Honorary Principal ของคิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ อดีตครูใหญ่ของคิงส์คอลเลจวิมเบิลดัน ปี 2551-2564 ไปทำภารกิจต่างๆ ภายในโรงเรียนของเรา ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการพูดคุยกับผู้ปกครองนักเรียน Year 12 ถึงศักยภาพของนักเรียนและกระบวนการสมัครมหาวิทยาลัย หารือกับครูผู้อำนวยการใหญ่และครูผู้บริหารทุกท่านถึงเป้าหมายที่มีร่วมกันในการนำโรงเรียนแห่งนี้ไปเป็นหนึ่งในโรงเรียนที่ดีที่สุดในเอเชีย และนอกจากนี้ยังได้ติดตามความคืบหน้าการก่อสร้างของ The College ศูนย์การศึกษา Comprehensive Complex ที่กำลังรุดหน้าเพื่อแล้วเสร็จในเดือนสิงหาคม 2567 โดย มร. แอนดรูว์ ได้เดินตรวจงานในทุกชั้นของอาคารนี้เพื่อให้แน่ใจว่าการลงมือก่อสร้างจะเป็นไปตามที่โรงเรียนได้วางเอาไว้
