Let’s play: Sport Day at King’s Bangkok

Recently, King's College International School Bangkok organised Sports Day activities for Key Stage 2 students (Years 3-6) and the Senior School. The students from each house participate in a variety of athletic events, including throwing, sprints, middle-distance running, relays, long jumps, and high jumps, and collect points for each house where all the students put in their best effort. In addition to the music that helps create a lively atmosphere, there was also cheering from parents, who appeared to be even more excited than the students throughout the competition.

King's Bangkok would like to thank the Sports Department for organising the Sports Day event, which allowed us to see our students and parents having a fun time together, creating an atmosphere in the school filled with warmth and the beauty of friendships among students, teachers, and parents. We look forward to seeing our students grow together and go further.

เมื่อเร็ว ๆ นี้โรงเรียนนานาชาติคิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ ได้จัดกิจกรรม Sports Day ขึ้น สำหรับนักเรียนระดับชั้น Key Stage 2 (Years 3-6) และ Senior School โดยในครั้งนี้เป็นการแข่งขันระหว่างบ้านซึ่ง

เด็ก ๆ จากแต่ละบ้านจะได้แสดงทักษะทางด้านกีฬากรีฑาหลากหลายประเภท ได้แก่ การขว้าง วิ่งระยะสั้น วิ่งระยะไกล วิ่งผลัด กระโดดไกล และกระโดดสูง แล้วรวบรวมคะแนนเพื่อวัดผลกันในแต่ละบ้าน ซึ่งเด็ก ๆ ทุกคนต่างก็พยายามกันอย่างเต็มที่ นอกจากเสียงเพลงที่ช่วยสร้างบรรยากาศให้คึกคักแล้ว ยังมีเสียงเชียร์จากผู้ปกครองที่ดูจะตื่นเต้นและลุ้นยิ่งกว่าเด็ก ๆ ตลอดการแข่งขันอีกด้วย 

คิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพขอขอบคุณแผนกกีฬาที่ได้จัดกิจกรรม Sports Day ขึ้น ทำให้เราได้เห็นเด็ก ๆ และผู้ปกครองมีช่วงเวลาที่สนุกสนานร่วมกัน สร้างบรรยากาศในโรงเรียนให้อบอวลไปด้วยความอบอุ่นและภาพมิตรภาพอันงดงามทั้งจากเด็ก ๆ ทีมครู และบรรดาผู้ปกครอง ทั้งนี้เราหวังเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่จะได้เห็นนักเรียนของเราเติบโตไปด้วยกันและก้าวไปได้ไกลต่อไป
