For children to learn effectively both in and outside the classroom, positive feelings and resilience are of paramount importance. At King's Bangkok, we have a specialist School Counsellor to support our students' emotional development. There is a designated Counsellor room, which is completely soundproof and cannot be viewed from the outside, so students can feel free to talk openly in confidence.

While we eagerly wait to welcome our students back to our international school, the School Counselor organised a “Wellbeing during Online Learning” event to help support the emotional health of parents and students. Lifestyles have been so drastically altered by Covid-19 that we believe this event was especially beneficial to our King’s Bangkok family and are prepared to offer all the assistance necessary to help our community to adapt to the ‘new normal’. 

We look forward to welcoming parents, students and families to King's Bangkok back to school soon.

เพื่อที่เด็ก ๆ จะได้เรียนรู้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ ความคิดบวกและการปรับตัวถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญที่สุดอย่างหนึ่ง ที่โรงเรียนนานาชาติคิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ เรามีผู้เชี่ยวชาญเฉพาะด้าน (School Counsellor) ในการส่งเสริมการสร้างความคิดบวก การเพิ่มความยืดหยุ่นในการปรับตัวและพัฒนาการทางด้านอารมณ์ ซึ่งจำเป็นต่อการเติบโตของการเรียนรู้ทั้งในและนอกห้องเรียน ที่แคมปัสของเรา เราได้จัดให้มี Counsellor room เพื่อให้นักเรียนของเราสามารถพูดคุยกับ School Counsellor ได้ โดยภายในห้องได้ออกแบบให้เป็นห้องเก็บเสียง 100% และไม่สามารถมองเข้ามาจากภายนอกได้ เพื่อที่พวกเขาสามารถพูดคุยได้อย่างเปิดใจมากขึ้น

ในระหว่างที่รอต้อนรับนักเรียนกลับสู่โรงเรียนของเรา ทีม School Counsellor ได้จัดกิจกรรม “Wellbeing during online learning” เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนสุขภาวะทางอารมณ์ให้แก่ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียน ในการที่ต้องปรับเปลี่ยนวิถีชีวิตที่มีผลกระทบมาจากการแพร่ระบาดของโควิด 19 ทั้งนี้ ผู้ปกครองและนักเรียนต่างได้รับประโยชน์จากกิจกรรมดังกล่าว โดยเฉพาะการที่ได้เรียนรู้เทคนิคของการเรียนออนไลน์อย่างมีความสุขทั้งสำหรับเด็กและผู้ปกครอง
