Inspiration ignited at King’s Bangkok Education Forum 2022

King’s Bangkok Education Forum 2022 has drawn to a close. We are honoured to welcome and listen to several famous speakers with international experience. Beginning on the first day with Asst. Prof. Kritinee Pongtanalert introduces children to IKIGAI—finding the meaning of life. This was closely followed by Prof. Krislert Samphantharak, PhD, who explored the history that shapes our culture, opening up conversations about future possibilities and international economic issues, including sensitive topics surrounding equality and immigration.
 
Later, the participants met with Khun Patama Chantarak, one of Thailand's top female executives who has been lauded on the global stage, about her experiences in a variety of areas, both personal and professional. She also shares her work experience and many inspirational lessons that revealed new perspectives on ideas. Many participants couldn't resist bringing paper and pens or picking up their mobile phones to record these fascinating ideas, a testament to Khun Patama's qualities as a speaker. The event concluded with a panel discussion on the "Career. Life. Social Values." topic with panellists from different industries: Arm Tungnirun, PhD; Khun Soros Treerattanaroj; Khun Nattachai Numpacharoe and Khun Cherprang Areekul BNK48, moderated by Khun Kunyarat Ardchon.
 
Throughout this event, all attendees, whether students or parents, agreed that they were glad to join this forum. They stated that those experienced leaders taught them many new perspectives. What they learned has also helped them reflect on their own ideas and ignite their inspiration to live meaningfully, aim for further study, and find ways to contribute to others.
 
In the end, we were able to raise more than 150,000 baht, part of which was donated to the Yuvabadhana Foundation, with the other part being given as a scholarship to students at Ban Dung Witthaya School in Udon Thani Province, to continue their education until the end of Mathayom 6.
 
King's Bangkok is happy to share knowledge, and an open-minded perspective and offers congratulations to all scholarship recipients who have continued on the educational path.

ผ่านไปแล้วกับเวทีเสวนาสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาครั้งแรกในประเทศไทยกับงาน King’s Bangkok Education Forum 2022 ซึ่งในงานได้รับเกียรติจากผู้บรรยายที่มีชื่อเสียง และมีประสบการณ์ในระดับนานาชาติ เริ่มต้นในวันแรกกับ ผศ.ดร.กฤตินี พงษ์ธนเลิศ ที่แนะนำให้เด็ก ๆ ได้รู้จักกับ IKIGAI ความหมายในการมีชีวิตอยู่เพื่อที่จะสามารถใช้ชีวิตได้อย่างมีคุณค่า ตามด้วย ศ.ดร.กฤษฎ์เลิศ สัมพันธารักษ์ ที่พาพวกเราไปเรียนรู้เรื่องราวของประวัติศาสตร์ที่หล่อหลอมวัฒนธรรมและนำไปสู่การเปิดประเด็นพูดคุยในแง่ของการคาดเดาความเป็นไปได้ในอนาคตและประเด็นทางด้านเศรษฐศาสตร์ระหว่างประเทศ หรือแม้แต่หัวข้อที่อ่อนไหวในหลากหลายมิติ อาทิ ความเลื่อมล้ำทางสังคม และผู้อพยพ เป็นต้น

ต่อมาผู้เข้าร่วมยังได้พบกับประสบการณ์จากผู้บริหารหญิงเบอร์ต้น ๆ ของไทยที่ได้ไปเฉิดฉายในเวทีระดับโลกมาแล้ว คุณปฐมา จันทรักษ์ ที่มาแบ่งปันประสบการณ์ในหลากหลายเรื่องทั้งในแง่มุมการใช้ชีวิต ประสบการณ์การทำงาน และบทเรียนหลายอย่างที่สร้างแรงบันดาลใจ เปิดมุมมองความคิดใหม่ ๆ จนผู้ฟังหลายท่านอดไม่ได้ที่จะต้องนำกระดาษ ปากกา หรือ ยกมือถือขึ้นมาบันทึกแง่คิดดี ๆ ที่น่าสนใจเหล่านั้นไว้ และปิดท้ายงานด้วยบทสรุปของมุมมองด้าน “Career. Life. Social Values.” ด้วยการเปิดเวทีเสวนาร่วมโดยผู้เสวนาจากหลากหลายวงการ ไม่ว่าจะเป็น ดร.อาร์ม ตั้งนิรันดร คุณโสฬส ตรีรัตนโรจน์ คุณณัฐชัย นำพาเจริญ คุณเฌอปราง อารีย์กุล และคุณกัญญารัตน์ อาจชน 
 
ในงานพบว่าทั้งนักเรียนมัธยมและผู้ปกครองที่เข้าร่วมต่างพูดเป็นเสียงเดียวกันว่าดีใจที่ได้มางานนี้ เพราะนอกจากจะเปิดมุมมองให้เห็นโลกจากผู้มีประสบการณ์แล้ว ยังได้สะท้อนความคิดเพื่อนำไปตกผลึก รวมถึงเกิดแรงบันดาลใจในการวางแผนใช้ชีวิต มุ่งสู่เส้นทางการศึกษา และมุมมองใหม่จากการทำเพื่อคนอื่น 
 
จากการจัดงานครั้งนี้ เราสามารถระดมทุนได้มากกว่า 150,000 บาท ซึ่งส่วนหนึ่งได้บริจาคให้กับมูลนิธิยุวพัฒน์ และอีกส่วนหนึ่งได้มอบเป็นทุนการศึกษาให้แก่เด็กนักเรียนโรงเรียนบ้านดุงวิทยา จังหวัดอุดรธานี เพื่อเป็นทุนการศึกษาต่อจนจบมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6
