Kindness shines through every member of the King’s Bangkok family this Valentine’s day

Kindness is one of the three core values King’s College International School Bangkok upholds, in addition to good manners and wisdom, and our community always seeks opportunities to help those in need.

This time, on the occasion of Valentine’s Day, the Senior School Eco Club Committee spread love and kindness throughout our community with a fundraiser. The tokens were laser-cut and engraved in our new Design and Technology workshops by our students under the guidance of Tanya Perry, one of our DT teachers, and sold to students and teachers. All proceeds from this went towards the 'Adopt a Coral Program', a conservation project run in cooperation with “Roctopus” that will work on coral reef restoration.

It is heartwarming to see all of our students, teachers, and families at King’s Bangkok demonstrating appreciation for each other by offering tokens to their peers and loved ones. We are glad to see our students taking initiative and demonstrating kindness, one of our core values, towards each other and the environment, making the world a better place one token at a time.
