King's Bangkok's Crazy Hair Day for charity

Last week, we had Crazy Hair Day here at King's College International School Bangkok, organised by the Student Council. Every student and teacher donned hairstyles which seemed to defy gravity themselves, with bright strands of colour and decorated with a variety of accessories. This was part of our mufti day where our children made a small donation to our selected charity. Proceeds from Friday are going towards Camillian Home, a children’s charity based in Lat Krabang dedicated to caring for vulnerable children with special needs.

We believe it is important to give back and help the wider community, so King’s Bangkok jumps at the opportunity to raise money for good causes and encourages our students to exercise generosity and benevolence whenever they can. Happy Crazy Hair Day!

เมื่อสัปดาห์ที่ผ่านมา Student Council ของโรงเรียนนานาชาติคิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพ ได้จัดกิจกรรม Crazy Hair Day ขึ้น โดยนักเรียนและคุณครูของเราต่างทำทรงผมที่ท้าทายแรงโน้มถ่วง ตกแต่งด้วยสีสันสดใส และเครื่องประดับต่าง ๆ ซึ่งกิจกรรมนี้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของ Mufti Day ที่ให้เด็ก ๆ ได้ร่วมกันบริจาคเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ เพื่อการกุศล โดยยอดเงินบริจาคจะนำไปมอบแก่สถานสงเคราะห์เด็กพิการบ้านคามิลเลียนลาดกระบัง ซึ่งเป็นองค์กรที่อุทิศให้กับการดูแลเด็กที่ต้องการการดูแลเป็นพิเศษ

คิงส์คอลเลจกรุงเทพเชื่อว่า การตอบแทนและช่วยเหลือสังคมในวงกว้างเช่นนี้ถือเป็นสิ่งสำคัญ เราจึงหาโอกาสในการบริจาคเงินเพื่อการกุศล และสนับสนุนให้นักเรียนของเราแสดงความเอื้ออาทรและความเมตตาทุกเมื่อที่ทำได้ สุขสันต์วัน Crazy Hair Day!
