King’s Bangkok is a place where children are happy to learn and are excited to come to school everyday.

At King’s College International School Bangkok, we value excellence beyond academic achievements.
This is reflected in the way we have designed our school and curriculum to facilitate learning and activities.
King’s Bangkok is a place where children are happy to learn and are excited to come to school everyday.

  • The four buildings at the front of the school are connected via a bridge on the third floor, providing a safe and convenient walkway to move between the buildings. Between the drop-off area and the pre-preparatory building at the back of the school, there is also a walkway with a four-metre-wide roof to protect parents and students from rain or bright sunlight.
  • Our indoor parking space can support up to 250 vehicles. The logistics of the drop-off area have been carefully laid out, taking into account the convenience of parents and the safety of children as well as the surrounding environment and community, to ensure that traffic around the vicinity will not be affected when the school opens.
  • The pre-preparatory building is separated from the main buildings of the school and has been designed to focus on the development of younger children. The classrooms, library, cafeteria, nursery and activity spaces are all located within the pre-preparatory building for convenience and to ensure that younger children can enjoy learning and develop well-rounded characters.
  • To maximise the development of our students, every inch of the school has been designed to accommodate learning and activities, both inside and outside of classrooms. On sunny days, students can enjoy playing musical instruments outdoors, and on rainy days, students can enjoy indoor activities as we believe that learning is not limited to being in classrooms.
  • Careful attention has been paid to both our indoor and outdoor sports facilities, namely our football field built to FIFA standards, six-lane running track, tennis courts, basketball courts and playgrounds surrounding the school buildings. Students are encouraged to embrace a wide range of sports as we believe that sports and physical recreation are essential to our children’s development.
  • Another important highlight is our indoor 50-metre Olympic-size swimming pool which uses a saline sanitisation system. We want our children to be able to enjoy swimming all year round because we also believe that swimming plays an essential role in their development.

We look forward to welcoming your applications for boys and girls from pre-nursery to Year 6 (ages 2-11) for the academic year 2020.
