Personalised Support: Truly Knowing Every Child

We believe happy children are successful children. That’s why our support is never one-size-fits-all. From individual guidance to tailored learning strategies, we take time to understand each child.

Comprehensive Support
for Every Child

Strong academics mean little without strong support. Our pastoral care system ensures every child feels safe, guided, and ready to thrive in and beyond the classroom.

Our Approach

A Network of Support Around Every Child

01

Strong and Supportive Relationships

Relationships are central to our approach. Each class is led by a Class Teacher, supported by a multilingual team who can communicate in Thai and English so that every child feels cared for and understood. Families are never alone, with the Head of Year, Deputy Head and Head of Early Years always on hand to provide an extra layer of care and support. The teaching team is supported by Mandarin-speakers and a safeguarding team who help ensure everybody feels safe and welcome.

02

Helping Children Flourish

We want children to celebrate their successes but also feel confident enough to make mistakes, knowing that this is how learning happens. Values of kindness, good manners and wisdom are woven into daily life, helping children grow in empathy and resilience. Children learn to talk about diversity, individuality, wellbeing and emotions. Each classroom has a cosy corner where children can pause, reflect and use tools like The Colour Monster and Makaton to support communication and emotional regulation.

03

Working Together with Families

We know children thrive when home and school work hand in hand. We guide families to talk with their children about trusted adults before continuing the conversation in class to help children reflect on who they can turn to for support. Families contribute to Me and My World books, celebrating experiences and identities. Moving into Year 1 is carefully planned, with wellbeing at the centre of every decision.
