Thitiporn Rattanapian is Chair of the Executive Committee at King’s College International School Bangkok and has been a member of the Founding Team since the school's earliest stage.
After graduating with a degree in Business Administration, she began her career in the hospitality industry in Shanghai, China, before returning to Thailand to work in her family's businesses in the energy and telecommunications sectors.
As part of the Founding Team, Thitiporn has been closely involved in the school's development, from welcoming approximately 300 students in its first year to becoming a thriving community of more than 1,600 students.
She takes a particular interest in the people who make up the school community, personally interviewing Thai staff members, and supporting initiatives that strengthen relationships between the school and its parents.
As a mother of three children attending King's Bangkok, she also brings a parent's perspective to her work. She is particularly committed to safeguarding, staff wellbeing, and creating an environment in which every child feels happy, safe, and supported.
Thitiporn is a King's Fellow and shares the school's ambition to become one of the leading schools in Asia, while developing its own identity that reflects Thailand and its international community.
