Beyond the Classroom: King’s Bangkok Students Explore Life in Healthcare

Sometimes, the biggest lessons take place far beyond the classroom. This summer, a group of our Year 10 and Year 11 students took part in a Service Learning Programme at Police General Hospital. During their placement, they gained first-hand experience in the Internal Medicine and Surgery departments, as well as the Ostomy and Wound Care Unit, deepening their understanding of patient care while supporting clinical teams.

Preparing for the future isn’t only about academic success. It’s also about having the courage to explore it.
