Thomas Banyard named the Founding Head

We are delighted to announce that Thomas Banyard, former senior leader in charge of teaching and learning at King's College School, Wimbledon, has been appointed to the position of Founding Headmaster of King's College International School Bangkok.

Thomas knows King’s: he joined the school after teaching Physics and Chemistry at Tonbridge School (one of the UK’s best boarding schools). Initially, he led the Physics department at King’s before taking on the role of guiding the teaching and learning to improve upon its already excellent standards. From there, he helped to found one of King’s first overseas schools in China where he developed the co-curricular programme and led the international school at our King’s Hangzhou campus.

He is incredibly excited about using his skills and experience to build a truly world-class facility in the heart of the fantastic city of Bangkok.
