Mufti Day at King’s Bangkok comes with a purpose.
Today at King’s Bangkok, we had Mufti Day, which is an opportunity a few times a year that allows children to wear their own clothes, instead of their school uniform, for not only their pleasure, but also for a good cause. If a student decided to wear their own clothes, they had to make a donation of 50 baht or more. So far today, we have raised over 21,000 Baht for a charity called The Hub Saidek. This charity does incredibly important work in providing food, washing facilities, medical treatment, and a basic education to orphaned and homeless children around Bangkok. We are proud to support such a charity and we thank all of our students for donating today, as your efforts could make a difference to a young person’s life.
