Physical Distancing Miles apart, but close at heart.
Maintaining your mental wellbeing is as important as preventing the spread of COVID-19. This is why we follow the World Health Organization in distinguishing between ‘physical distancing’ and ‘social distancing’. We are recommended to keep our physical distance during the outbreak, but complete isolation can lead to negative impacts on our mental wellbeing. We would like to encourage everyone to adopt the concept of physical distancing by keeping a safe distance but, at the same time, maintaining positive communication between friends, family and loved ones through the use of technology. Keeping both your mind and body healthy is the key to maintaining mental wellbeing, which will help us through this difficult time.
