Reflections from the Founding Families Trip

Reflections from the Founding Families Trip

"There may be very few schools in the world who can make students feel excited about the idea of studying."
Reflections from the Founding Families Trip.

The families who visited King's College School, Wimbledon on the Founding Families Trip were met with a very warm welcome from the students. Two parents, Khun North and Khun Sirisopa, share their good impressions and experiences from the trip:

Khun North Techawathanawanna from one of our founding families said, "When I met the students at King’s College School, Wimbledon, I felt their maturity and politeness through the way they confidently answered our questions; they expressed their hearts and demonstrated their hidden potential. To this end, it has been vital that the school provides its children with opportunities to develop themselves in many different areas, not just academics. I believe it is very beneficial for all of our children that this methodology will be implemented at King's College International School Bangkok."

Khun Sirisopa Techawathanawanna added that "There may be very few schools in the world who can make students feel excited about the idea of studying. I sense from the way the students speak that they not only take care of themselves but are also considerate of those around them, including their teachers who they express great respect and admiration for. This is very important to me, and I can feel that the two schools are connected not only as a franchise but also by a close bond. They work together with genuine commitment and, as Head Master Andrew Halls has said, King's Bangkok was not built on the sole desire of either party. Both sides strive to continue improving the education they provide under the shared name of King's College School."
